30 Minutes:

Min 1: 10 DB Snatch 50/35

Min 2: 10 Burpees

Min 3: 20 Sit Ups

After completing each movement, do as many air squats as possible for the remainder of the minute. Score will be total air squats.

RX+ 75/50, 15 Burpees, 10 TTB
