**Superset with 6 x 6 bent over rows – use same bar, same weight as floor press**

Push Ups
Tabata – 4 minutes on each movement, intervals of 20 sec work to 10 sec rest. Stay on each movement for full 4 minutes going 20/10 work to rest until completed, then switch to next movement
