Then

Row 15 cal sprint

Metcon (Time)

Partner WOD, For Time:

Partner 1- 20 Burpee Box Jumps

Partner 2- Plank hold until partner 1 is done

Partner 1- 30 OHS w Empty Bar

Partner 2- Sit Ups until partner 1 is done

Partner 1- 40 Strict Press w Empty Bar

Partner 2- Push Ups until partner 1 is done

Then switch with partner and repeat.
