Floor Press (4×3 @ 80% 3 Rep Max)

**10 Min to complete work. Use a narrow grip**

Metcon (Time)

15 Rounds

150m Sprint

10 Push Ups

20 Min Cut Off
**150m Run – Start run to right of CFL to end of block (Baltimore Street). Run back to other end of block (Richmond Street), return to box to do push ups and repeat**
