30 Min AMRAP:

9 KB Swings 53/35 RX 70/44 RX+

6 Burpees

3 Squat Cleans 155/105 RX 185/125 RX+
**Partner 1 does an entire round, then rests while partner 2 does and entire round. Alternate back and forth for 30 min**
