Do a set every three minutes for 24 minutes:

*Set 1 – 2 x60%

*Set 2 – 2 x 70%

*Set 3 – 1 x 75%

*Set 4 – 1 x 80%

*Set 5 – 1 x 85%

*Set 6 – 1 x90%

*Set 7 – 1 x 93%

*Set 8 – 1 x 95+%

Metcon (Time)

3 Rounds:

10 Box Jumps

15 Hang Squat Cleans (135/95 lbs)

20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
