1st Min: 5 Strict Hand Stand Push Ups + 5 Burpee Box Jumps

2nd Min: 10 C2B Pull Ups

3rd Min: 24 Jumping Split squats

(men hold 10lbs in each hand, women 5lbs)

Then after 21 Min…

3 Rounds of:

5 Strict HSPUs

10 Burpee Box Jumps

10 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

24 Jumping Split Squats
