Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20 Min AMRAP:

5 Shoulder to Overhead 155/105

10 Deadlifts 155/105

15 Box Jumps 24″ / 20″
**Partner 1 completes a round, then rests while partner 2 works. Continue to alternate rest/work for 20 min. Each partner must complete round before alternating**
