Split Squat: (6 x 6 – Hold onto KBs with back leg on bench)

Between Sets –

6 x 6 Bent Over Rows + RDLs

(Go as heavy as possible w strict form)

Back Squat (1 x 20 at 60% (5-10lbs heavier than last week))

CrossFit Games Open 13.2 (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 Min AMRAP
5 Shoulder to Overhead 115# / 75#
10 Deadlifts 115# / 75#
15 Box Jumps 24″ / 20″
