CrossFit Lynchburg Weightlifting – Week 6, Day 2

Warm Up
50 Calorie Row or Airdyne
Hip Opener
Shoulder Warm Up
3 x 10 Muscle Snatch, barbell only
3 x 10 Snatch Balance, barbell only (drop nice and deep on these, move feet same as snatch)

Hang Power Snatch
6 x 2
Go from just below knee

Hang Power Clean & Jerk
6 x 2
Go from just below knee

Accessory Work
Weighted Box Jumps 6 x 4 (Use a vest, adjust weights as needed. Go a little heavier and a little higher than last week)
Alternate with
Snatch Grip Push Press 6 x 4
