For Time:
800m Run
Then
4 Rounds
14 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
7 Push Jerks 135/95

I just pulled up 10 Hookgrip snatch videos at random to see what percentage moves their feet from pulling to receiving position.  100% moved their feet.

This one was the most exaggerated…
