The 2015 CrossFit Open is now over. We did well, and time will tell what our final ranking will be.
In the mean time, its time to start working towards next year. This means its time to get your squat numbers up. Tuesday we will test our front squat, and next week we will start the 7/13 squat program that we did last year after the Open. If you miss Tuesday’s class make sure you make up for it later in the week so you have a 1RM to work off for next week.
Front Squat (25 min to a 1RM front Squat)
150 Double Unders
20 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
100 Double Unders
10 Muscle Ups (sub 20 pull ups & 40 push ups)
50 Double Unders
