100 Box Step Ups
90 Sit Ups
80 Burpees
70 Squats
60 Pull Ups (Sub Ring Rows)
50 KB Swings 53/35
40 Push Ups
30 Toes to bar
20 Pistols (sub lunges x 3)
10 Turkish Get Ups 53/35

Split work with a partner. One partner will work while other rests. When finished working through, repeat in opposite order. 25 min time cap.
