Back Squat (1×5@60%, 1×5@70%, 2×5@75%)
After each set of squats immediately go to to the following:
4X all out Strict + All out Kipping UB HSPU (do not come off wall, at first Strict failure switch to a Kip) – rest exactly 90 seconds – scale to push ups or ring dips

Metcon (Time)

10 Min to Complete the following:
30 Burpees
50 Thrusters 95/65#
30 Burpees
