It will probably become a regular thing for us to work on our Olympic weightlifting on Saturdays.  This is something we all need to work on and during the week we don’t always have the time to work on it like we should.  Feel free to come in and just work on weightlifting.  If you really want to do the metcon, we will have one for you.

    This is a CrossFit thing. We call our gym a “box”. So when we say we’ll be “at the box” it just means we’ll be at our normal physical address. Sometimes on Saturday’s we meet elsewhere – a track, a lake, etc.

    It seems yesterday’s heavy back sqtuas plus 225 squat-like movements in the WOD have left me a bit sore in the legs Just a bit. On a completely unrelated note would anyone like to help me pick up the pencil I dropped just now.
