    Yes, Josh Everett is one of the few commentators who put some knowledge and intelligent information about CrossFit and the movements out there. Good person to listen to about lifting and CrossFit. I especially liked his comment negating the fact that CrossFitters aren’t strong and have bad technique. Like he said, to do this it just isn’t true. Good clip.
