    The run was probably a little shorter then 400, but half of it was up an average sloped hill -2:17, 2:19, 2:33
    Push Press- 135×5, 155×5, 175×5, 190×3
    Did the Push Presses after the metcon because of logistics. I think it suffered a rep or two because of it.
