Worked up to 120kg on front squat for triple, total time on metcon 12:58 RXed. Solid work, I really like high intensity sprints like that.
Short on time so passed on the front squats. Did the metcon at the track with 2 53lb kb’s instead of barbell. 58″, 1:02, 1:00, 1:12, 1:12
