Here’s a longer aerobic piece for your members to work through (if they choose) during an open gym time or at home!

Pumped Up Kicks
1-mile at easy pace,
3min rest,

3 sets:
400m at moderate pace,
500m at easy pace,
No rest b/t reps & 90sec rest b/t sets.

6x (150m sprint, 100m recovery jog, 50m walk) w/ no additional rest b/t reps or sets
