10 Muscle Cleans (empty bar)
10 Ring Rows
– into workout prep –
* Warm up to power clean weight and work on a few Syncro GHD’s along with a rope climb or 2 *

A simple ‘wrong’ would’ve done just fine
Partner workout:
2 Sets:
80 Sit Ups
40 Power Clean (185/125)
20 Strict Pull Ups
-Rest 1:1 b/t sets-

* Split power cleans and pull ups as needed *
