4 sets for quality – 20 min Cap

A1. Close Grip Bench – build to heavy set of 5 (heavier than last week)

A2. Ring Pull Ups – Strict if possible, kip as needed, control the negative x 6

A3. Single Leg DB RDL x 6 per leg

*hold DB in opposite hand of leg working

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

10 min AMRAP

Max Rep Wall Ball

*EMOM starting at 1:00, 10 Push Ups
