Then, 10 minutes to complete:

800m run

Max Reps Power Cleans, 185/115

Then, 12 minutes to complete:

800m run

Max Reps Overhead Squats, 115/75
**Do w a partner, both partners run at same time and do entire run. Weightlifting reps done one partner at a time**
