Snatch Grip Deadlift (Every 2 Minutes for 10 minutes:)

3 Reps with Pause at Knee

**Start at last snatch weight, add weight each set**

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

15 Min AMRAP


Power Snatch 95/65

*15 Wall Ball After Each Set*
