**Take no more than 8 reps after light warm up to build to your 1RM for the day.**

2 Snatches at 60% of 1RM
**score is total weight lifted**

Strict Handstand Push-Up Density

For max reps:

90 seconds of Strict Handstand Push-Ups

Rest 30 seconds

60 seconds of Strict Handstand Push-Ups

Rest 30 seconds

30 seconds of Strict Handstand Push-Ups

– scale HSPU to Strict Press 75/45
