Snatch Complex (Halting Snatch Grip Deadlift + Snatch below knee +)

**Do a set every 2 minutes for 16 mintues. Start at 65% and work up heavier than last week.**

Push Press (3 x 8)

**Do a set every 2 minutes for 6 minutes, work heavier each set**

9-Minute AMRAP of:

15 Toes To Bar

10 Deadlifts, 115# / 75#

5 Snatches, 115# / 75#
