Shoulder Press (15 Minutes to a 1RM)

Gymnastics Complex: (3 TTB + 4 Pull Ups + 5 Chest to Bar Pull Ups)

**Do a set every 2 minutes for 8 minutes**

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Tabata:

Airdyne/Row Sprints

Lunges RX or Pistols RX+

Strict Push Ups RX or HSPU RX+
**Tabata: 4 minutes of each movement, 20 sec on 10 sec off**
