CrossFit Lynchburg Weightlifting – Week 9, Day 1

Warm Up
10 Muscle Snatch
10 Snatch Balance
10 Tall Snatch
10 Snatch Push Press

Accumulate 10-12 Reps at 70%-75%.  If you feel good, do more reps closer to 75%.  If you feel bad, keep percentages lower.  Work on precision lifts – you know when it feels right – make that happen!

Clean & Jerk
Same as snatch above

Accessory Work
10 sets – 50m hill sprints
rest 2 min between each
