400m Run
10 Min Stretching, Various
2 x 20 GHD Back Extensions

Tall Snatch
Work to a heavy single – 3 sec pause at bottom of each rep

Tall Clean
Work to a heavy single

Jerk Practice
5 x 5 split jerk – stay light – no more than 50%
(perfect footwork here – this is technique work)
