Burgener Warm Up
Practice Don McCauley “Dirty Dancing” Drill

Accessory Work (do this first today!!)
15 Min EMOM
1 Turkish Get Up Each Hand
(work as heavy as possible)

Power Snatch
Work to a Max for the Complex in 15 Minutes:
Power Snatch + Hang Power Snatch
(Work quickly – 1 set every minute and a half)

Power Clean & Jerk
Work to a Max for the Complex in 15 Minutes:
Power Clean + Hang Power Clean + Push Jerk + Split Jerk
