Main – CrossFit

10AM – Open Gym
**Weightlifting work to be done during open gym**

11AM – Partner WOD

Snatch (25 Min to a 1RM for the day)

Clean and Jerk (25 Min to a 1RM for the day)

Metcon (Time)

With a Partner, Split the Following Work.

For Time:
100 Sit Ups
400m Run
100 Double Unders
400m Run
100 HR Push Ups
400m Run
100 OH Plate Lunges 45/25
400m Run
**One partner will work while, other rests, except that both partners will do run together every time**
