Warm Up
50 Calorie Row or Airdyne
Hip Opener
Shoulder Warm Up
3 x 10 Muscle Snatch, barbell only
3 x 10 Snatch Balance, barbell only (drop nice and deep on these, move feet same as snatch)

Hang Power Snatch
5 x 3
Go from mid hang

Hang Power Clean & Jerk
5 x 3
Go from mid hang

Accessory Work
Weighted Box Jumps 5 x 5 (Use a vest, adjust weights as needed)
Alternate with
Snatch Grip Push Press 5 x 5
