I see a lot of people taking their protein after training, and we talk a lot about nutrition – but how much do we talk about sleep?  Sleep may be the most important aspect of recovery, so don’t ignore it.  Here K Starr gives us some tips on how to put yourself in good positions while you sleep so you don’t wake up stiffer than a frozen rubber band.
