Power Clean + Hang Squat Clean Thruster + Jerk (15 Minutes to a max for the complex)

Threshold Training – 3 sets
In Groups of 5 people at a time:
20 Cal Row or Airdyne
10 Thrusters 95/65
10 Lateral Burpees
-rest will be time between each group of 5
-each set at 100% effort – ALL OUT
Record slowest time to WODIFY
