Check out the starting positions of the below athletes, and positions that follow. Remember that trying to push lifters into the exact same position is like telling every baseball player to have the exact same swing. This doesn’t allow an athlete to be an athlete. There are, however, certain positions that must be hit within a certain margin of error. If you can make it in to open gym sometime, ask your coach to video you, and see what positions you’re getting in as compared to these world class athletes. Then make changes accordingly.
