Main – CrossFit

Schedule changes for the week:
Wednesday- (no 6 or 7am class) 9:30, open gym 10:30-12:00, & 12:00 class
Thursday- closed
Friday – regular class schedule

Front Squat (4×1 at 92% (do not turn this into a 1RM test!!))

Toes-To-Bar (4x max reps, 1 minute rest between)

Metcon (Time)

4 Rounds for Total Time- each rd should be a sprint
15 Target Burpees
20 Wall Ball
Rest 1 min
