Question on reps for olympic lifting. During metcons, touch and go reps are encouraged for a faster time. What do you guys want for strength/explosive work like today? Touch and go, Pause after each rep but hands stay on the bar, reset between each rep (allowed to take hands off bar) with minimal rest?
