1 Min Single Unders
1 Min Left Plank
1 Min Box Step Ups 24/20
1 Min Right Plank
1 Min Russian KB Swings 53/35
Then
30 Burpees For Time

-Partners will do work together, with one partner one movement ahead of other. Class will finish work at the same time – winning team is one that finishes 30 burpees first.
