250 Double Unders for Time

The 2013 CrossFit Open is over for CrossFit Lynchburg.  We finished 99 out of 230+ teams.  I am so proud of the way we worked, especially at the end where we came in 46 in wod 13.5!  Now it is time to reset, work on our weaknesses and get ready for next year.  Great athletes take their weaknesses and turn them into strengths.  They take the thing they hate the most, and turn it into the thing they love.  If you struggle at wall ball, double unders or chest to bar pull ups, work on it before and after WOD’s – over and over – until it is your strength.  Work on your movement – make mobility your second hobby – and make certain that you’re getting the most out of the body God gave you.  It’s time to work hard – we have 47 weeks to train before the 2014 CrossFit Open.  Let’s make the most of it!
