-Due to icy conditions, the 6am & 9:30am women’s class is cancelled Wednesday.
-CrossFit Open WOD 13.1 will be programmed for Thursday, and then again on Saturday. Those competing can do it Thursday, Friday or Saturday.
-If you are planning on doing the 2013 CrossFit Open wod on Thursday, consider taking Wednesday off to work on recovery and mobility.
