Wednesday will be a “pick a girl”/skill day. If you’re competing in the CrossFit Open, take Wednesday to do mobility and soft tissue work, and do a little bit of skill work. Here are some suggestions on what you can play with:
Kipping Hand Stand Push Ups
Double Unders & Triple Unders
Toes to Bar
Butterfly Chest to Bar Pull Ups
Bar Muscle Ups
Pick a few and have fun with it, just don’t go to heavy on volume if you’re competing in the open. If you aren’t competing, or aren’t going to do 13.4 until later in the week, pick from one of “the girls” up on the white board and set a PR for yourself!
