Good week ahead of us. Let’s all push hard to improve, and encourage each other as we spend time at the box. I spent some time with some great athletes this weekend, and I even got to work out with them. While doing a metcon, I realized how hard I was working, and realized more than ever that if you are around competitive athletes, you are going to push yourself to get better just to keep up with them. Starting today, don’t put limitations on yourself – push hard to keep up with the best athletes at the box. And if you’re the best athlete at the box – you better find a way to get better too because a bunch of people are gunning for you!
