Power clean (135/95)
Chest to bar pull-ups
with the remainder of time do as many lateral burpees over bar as possible

For those doing CrossFit Open WOD 13.1 on Saturday, do the following:

Clean & Jerk
5 x 2 @ 70%


200m Sprint x 4
-Rest 3 minutes between each sprint
