-Do a set every 2 min
Then
Snatch Balance
5 x 5
-Do a set every :90

Metcon
Death by squat clean
1- Squat clean  @ 50% of 1 rm clean from Monday
on minute one
2 Squat clean minute 2
– Repeat until you cannot complete a round
Once you fail on a round start back at 1 the following minute
continue for 20 minutes
– Score total reps performed in the 20 minutes
