5 x 2
-Do a set every 2 minutes

12 Minutes of:
1 Squat snatch (135/95)
10 double unders
2 Squat Snatch
20 double unders
3 Squat snatch
30 double unders
4 Squat snatch
40 Double unders
keep climbing ladder repeat snatch and multiply double unders by 10X
