I’m making an effort to post the next day’s WOD by 9pm EST from now on.  Found out that a few members have a hard time sleeping unless they know what the next day holds for them at CFL.  🙂

Push Press
5 x 3
-Do a set every 2 minutes

10 Minutes of:
7 HSPUs on the Odd Minutes
5 Muscle Ups on the Even minutes

Run 1200m
5 Rounds
12 Toes to Bar
10 Burpees
