Due to the snowy conditions, the 6am and 9:30am classes will be cancelled Friday.  The rest of Friday’s schedule will run as usual.

Strength
Front Squats
3×7
-Do a set every 3 minutes
Then
Good Mornings
4×15
-Do a set every 2 minutes

Metcon
2 Thrusters Every 15 Seconds for 16 Rounds (4 Mintues)
Then
50 Bar Facing Burpees for Time
-Add a round for every time 2 thrusters are not completed in 15 Seconds
