Push Press

70 Burpees
60 Sit Ups
50 KB Swings (53/35)
40 Pull Ups
30 Hand Stand Push Ups

You’ll notice a new piece of equipment in the box that you might not be familiar with.  Its called a glute ham developer, or GHD, and is used to develop the glutes, hamstrings, spinal erectors and abdominals.  Below is a great video on a variety of exercises that can be done on the GHD.  If you need help using it, make sure you ask a coach to help you.
