Both 10am and 11am classes will be at the box on Saturday.

Do the following WOD with a partner.  Partner 1 does 10 reps of an exercise, Partner 2 rests, then switch.  Follow this format until all 100 reps of each exercise are completed.

100 Toes to Bar
100 Burpees
100 KB Swings (53lb/35lb)
100 Air Squats
100 Push Ups
100 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (95lb/65lb)

Cash Out: Run 800m with your partner
