Every now and then we talk to someone that is a member of another gym and they say “I don’t do CrossFit because I like to lift heavy”.  Oh really?  I guess they don’t really understand what we do.  So for the record, here are the 10 fitness parameters we are constantly working on: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.
