A quick congratulations to Meagan Hinson, our newest trainer at CrossFit Lynchburg.  She attended the CrossFit Level 1 Cert last weekend and passed the test!  We are happy to have such a great athlete and coach as part of our team!

Here’s Dimitry Klokov, 105kg Russian Olympic weightlifter.  Incredible that he pauses for a good 2-3 seconds at the bottom of this 250kg front squat.  Also, note the ping pong table in the background – looks like a fun place to train!
